Describes her life as a student at Ipswich Female Seminary, presently under Mary Lyon's leadership, and mentions an outbreak of cholera near Boston. With typed transcripts and summaries of the correspondence. The letters include references to her studies the domestic work, food, regulations, the Seminary Building, her courtship by and marriage to John Dwight, health and travels. These files usually include biographical questionnaires completed by alumnae and correspondence relating to their employment and other activities.
